Working from an initial creative direction centered on Derby hats, I developed a spirited, impressionistic visual identity for the Star Kids Scholarship Program’s annual fundraising celebration. Painterly illustrations of elaborate hats and racing horses, paired with expressive typography and vibrant spring colors, captured the excitement and tradition of the Kentucky Derby. The resulting artwork established a distinctive foundation for coordinated event invitations, digital promotions, printed collateral, and event graphics.
